All-For-Nots
The All-For-Nots is the name of an indie rock band as well as the TV show that goes under the same name, which presents the life of the band as a unit along an important period in the indie group’s existence.
The television show began with the indie band and started presenting their journey to stardom in the form of a documentary. The stars of the show are Brian Cheng as Larry, Erica Harsch as Shirley, Kevin Johnston as Johnny, Vanessa Reseland as Farrah. Thom Woodley as Paul and Michael Moravek as Caleb. The band members of All-For-Nots are Johnny, Paul, Caleb and Shirley.
The show features a road trip throughout America in which the band is followed by cameras that take account of every moment of their career and life on the road. The four band members are young rebels from Brooklyn that have been united by their love for music and a great desire of bringing their brand of rock to the crowds.
The All-For-Nots tour across the country and the show about them presents every interaction, every flaw and attribute of the members and follows their relationship and musical process all through the way. Every moment is recorded, like concert, gigs in obscure clubs or underground locations, every success and any set back on their way to becoming what they dream of.
The band from the show is actually a fictional band, but a few songs have been recorded for them and by them during the web series that have now entered the mainstream music world. Songs like Catch up, Stretching the Truth, Writings on the Wall, Who do you think I am and Last Quarter have had a great success and earned the band a few fans. The All-For-Nots members have actually performed live and on stage in the real world, not only on the series.
